I wanted to share the yarn I used to design my beginner friendly chunky knit range. They are: Stylecraft's Re:create and West Yorkshire Spinners Re:Treat
ReCreate is a blended yarn that is made entirely from recycled fibres. The yarn lends itself to beautiful stitch definition with strong cabling, lace detail and texture stitches all featured in the designs.
West Yorkshire Spinners are known for the quality of their hand-spun wool, and their Re:Treat yarn is every bit as good as you’d expect from one of their 100% wool creations. It’s a lovely roving chunky weight that immediately makes you think of Scandi jumpers and gorgeous winter accessories.
